Privacy policy
The controller is Eiffel Meedia OÜ (service brand Textum), Tallinn, Estonia, email info@textum.eu. Valid from 21 October 2026.
What data we collect
Through the inquiry form: name, email address, company website, selected languages and message. Through the free AI check: the keyword you enter, optionally a company name or website, the page language and the time of the query. We use the IP address only to limit the number of queries, and we do not connect it with your name or email.
How we use the data
To answer your inquiry and prepare the promised report. A summary of each AI check (keyword, the company entered and the companies AI recommended) is sent to Textum's inbox so that we can see what is being checked and improve the service. We do not send newsletters, and we do not share data with third parties for marketing.
Free AI check and OpenAI
The keyword you enter is sent to the OpenAI API to create the answer. The company name is not sent to OpenAI: it is compared with the AI answer on our server. Content sent through the OpenAI API is not used to train OpenAI models. Do not enter personal data or confidential information in the check fields.
Legal basis and processors
We answer your inquiry and prepare the report at your request, before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Limiting the number of queries, AI check summaries and anonymous statistics are based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The website and email are hosted by Elkdata OÜ (veebimajutus.ee) in Estonia. Keywords from the AI check are processed by OpenAI, which is located in the USA. Your name and email address are not sent to OpenAI.
How long we keep data
We keep inquiry emails, AI check summaries and their log for up to 24 months or until the end of our cooperation. The AI check cache is deleted from the server after 24 hours and the result files within a few days. We keep anonymous keyword statistics without a time limit.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising scripts. Fonts and all files load from the textum.eu server. If we add visitor statistics, we will use a cookie-free solution and update this page.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to info@textum.eu. You can file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
